Last week many of our customers were having troubles sending out email when taking their laptops home. This issue is a result of Comcast making recent security changes that you can read more about here:
In most cases, the way around this is to access your mail client settings and change the outgoing port from 25 to either 587 (which is an industry-standard) or 465 (which is a Comcast-specific standard).
